Dreamlike state.
Turn off the TV, lie
Back on the couch,
Close your eyes and
Listen to the rain.
Drive-In
Back in our younger
Days we all enjoyed
Going to the drive-in.
Several of us crammed
In a car eating popcorn
And enjoying soft
Drinks snuck in. The
Movies were weird
But we barely noticed
Because we enjoyed
Each other’s company
More.
