Some beings drop in
On earth and blend in
With the rest of humanity
Except for one vital difference.
When you look at them in the
Right light, you can see their
Wings

Hello
I live each day
With great rejoicing
The sun shines and
I bathe in its glory
My loved ones are
The sunshine of my
Life
Renters
I have ghosts as tenants
In my old house
They are good renters
But a little noisy
Making Love Out of Elements
The world is teeming with the building
Blocks of all the objects we see in
Nature–plants, animals, trees, rivers
There is a special process, a unique
Photosynthesis, that produces an
Absolutely wonderful essential
Known as love.
Hilltop
A lone dandelion
On a hilltop gets
Buffeted by the
Wind on a bright
Spring day
Its seeds are spread
All over the hill and
Country side to
Celebrate spring
With bright yellow
Flowers
Beauty of Nature
Look up in the sky and
There is a breathtaking
Sight of a huge cloud
Of monarch butterflies,
Thousands of them,
Making their three
Thousand mile trip
To a warmer climate
How can a delicate
Creature do such an
Extraordinary thing?
This is the power of
Nature
Guarded
The cellar is guarded
By spiders watching over the
Canned goods in the dark
And the satchel of money
From the bank robbery
Ten years ago
Hymn
We open our eyes. Another day.
Bright sun has risen again.
It shines on all of us.
We live daily under the sun.
One day, we will not be there,
Oblivious to the sun,
Which finds our hearts
In the forests, rivers, seas.
How Happy Are The Geese?
They circle the lake a couple of times
And land together on the edge of the
Lake and start foraging for food, anything
They can find
Their familiar honking call reverberates
Around the lake
I have never seen an unhappy goose
Searching
The grizzled old man walked
Into the shelter seeking a
Place to sleep for the night
Because it was freezing
He got a place and put his
Duffel bag next to him
If any of the other homeless
People knew he had one
Hundred thousand dollars
Tucked away in his vest a
Riot surely would have
Broken out
He talked to nobody
He looked as forlorn as
The rest of them
He was just trying to find
His family and lost to a
Horrible disease at the same
Time
